Are dogs really welcome?+
Yes — both houses are dog-friendly and the gardens are fenced. Please keep them off the beds and couches.
What time is check-in and check-out?+
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. If the house is free the day before or after, we are happy to be flexible — just ask.
Is bedding and towels included?+
Beds are made up and bath towels are supplied. Bring your own beach towels.
How far is the beach, really?+
The sandy path to the beach starts about twenty metres from the gate. You will hear the sea from the stoep.
Where exactly are you?+
In Munster on the KZN South Coast, between Glenmore and Port Edward. We send the exact address and directions once your booking is confirmed.
Can we book on Airbnb or Booking.com instead?+
Yes, both houses are listed there too and the calendars are kept in sync. Booking direct on WhatsApp saves you their service fees.
What if we need to cancel?+
Kothuis: firm — Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, 50% refund between 30 and 7 days before, and no refund within 7 days of check-in. Elim: flexible — Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in. After that, the first night is not refunded.
